Major Awards for Student Films

‘Love in Cold Blood’ the documentary made by our students Jane Adcroft and Carla Braun-Elwert warmed many hearts at the recent Reel Earth Film Festival.
A special CONGRATULATIONS to Jane and Carla who picked up the following awards:
- Best New Zealand Film
- Award for Best New Zealand Emerging Talent
- Honorable Mention in the Award for Best Short Film

Also Adam Hermans picked up an Honorable Mention for his 5-minute film "Vegetables from the Sea" in the category for Best Ultra Short Film. Well done Adam!
Plus, Scott Mouat, a graduate of this course, picked up the awards for Best New Zealand Filmmaker and Best New Zealand Cinematography for his film "The Unnatural History of the Kakapo". Congratulations Scott!
